Vegetable Medley
Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. oriental frozen vegetables, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese and 1 stick oleo, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook vegetables as directed along with 1 cup celery.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix onion, cheese and mayo and spread over vegetables.
Melt oleo and add to crushed crackers.
Spread over vegetable mixture.
Bake uncovered at 300Β° for 30 minutes. Delicious!!
