Vegetable Loaf
Vegetable Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. box soda crackers, crushed, 1 stalk chopped celery, 3 carrots, chopped, 3 onions, chopped and 1 colored mango, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Fold all ingredients together.
Add 3 eggs, beaten into 1 can milk and 1 can water; pour over mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in 2 small loaf pans or 1 large pan, greased.
Bake until brown (1 1/2 hours approximately) at 350Β°.
Don't overbake.
