Vegetable Fish Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. paprika, 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced and 1/4 c. chopped tomato, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

If fish is frozen, thaw.
Cut fish into 4 portions and place in non-stick sprayed baking dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and paprika.
Combine mushrooms, tomato, green pepper, parsley and pepper.
Spread over fish.
Cover and bake for 25 minutes at 350Β°. Serve with lemon wedges.
