Vegetable Crunch
Vegetable Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans veg-all (mixed vegetables), 1 c. celery, 1/2 c. onion, 1 can water chestnuts and 1 c. sharp cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain vegetables, chop onion and celery; slice chestnuts and grate cheese.
Combine vegetables, celery, onion and chestnuts. Add cheese and mayonnaise and mix well.
Place mixture in greased casserole dish.
Top with crushed crackers and dribble with margarine.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
