Vegetable Cheese Chowder
Vegetable Cheese Chowder is an impressive soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 32 minutes. Made with c. boiling water, chicken bouillon cubes, c. chopped potatoes, c. chopped carrots and c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In large pan, combine boiling water with bouillon cubes.
Then add vegetables and butter.
Bring to boil; reduce and simmer until vegetables are tender.
Combine milk and flour in blender until smooth.
Add to cooked vegetables and cook 3 minutes.
Add cheese, stirring until melted.
Add parsley and pepper.
Serves 4.
