Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots), 1 can mushroom soup, 1/2 c. (4 oz.) shredded swiss cheese, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1 can durkee french fried onion rings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook vegetables until tender.
Combine vegetables, sour cream, soup, 1/2 of cheese and onion rings and pepper and place in greased casserole.
Bake at 350Β°, covered, for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining onion rings and cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
