Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 stack ritz crackers and 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute onion, celery and green pepper in 2 tablespoons margarine.
Add corn, green beans, soup, sour cream and cheese. Mix well.
Mix together oleo and crackers.
Put 1/2 of cracker mixture in bottom of casserole dish.
Add vegetable mixture and top with remaining cracker mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
