Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables or 1 can, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. ritz crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook vegetables, celery and onions until partially tender, about 8 to 10 minutes in salt water.
Drain.
Combine cooked vegetables, mayonnaise and cheese.
Pour in a casserole dish. Combine crumbs with melted margarine. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
