Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Vegetables according to package and drain.
Mix cooked vegetables onion, celery, mayo, cheese, salt, pepper and paprika.
Pour into well-greased 2 quart casserole. Mix crushed crackers with melted margarine and sprinkle over top.
At 350Β° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Serves 6 to 8.
