Combine Veg-All vegetables, mayonnaise, celery, salt, sugar, chicken soup, onions, water chestnuts and pepper.
Pour into a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Melt margarine in pan and crush Ritz crackers.
Add to melted butter.
Spread crumbs over vegetables and bake at 300Β° until bubbly.
