Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 16 oz. cans veg-all, drained, 1 onion, chopped, 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix together the two cans of Veg-All, onion, and water chestnuts.
Add Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise.
Put into a greased casserole dish and top with herb stuffing mix.
Melt margarine and pour on top.
