Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. grated cheese, 1 c. cream of mushroom soup, 1 small can evaporated milk, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables (your choice) and 1 can french fried onion rings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Prepare vegetables as package directs, but only cook 4 minutes. Drain and put in a greased 2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese over top.
Mix soup and canned milk together and pour over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven; top with onion rings.
Return to oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
