Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained, 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain vegetables and water chestnuts. Mix all ingredients together.
Melt margarine in microwave and mix with cracker crumbs. Place over top of casserole. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
