Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can french-cut green beans, drained, 1 can white shoe peg corn, 1 small onion, chopped fine, 1/2 c. chopped fine celery and 1/2 c. chopped fine green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix in large rectangular baking dish the beans, corn, onion, celery, pepper, celery soup, sour cream and grated cheese.
Mix margarine with Cheez-Its crackers that have been crushed.
Top casserole with this and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350Β°.
