Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower, 1 pkg. frozen peas, 1/4 c. crisco and 1 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook each vegetable according to directions on package.
Melt Crisco in saucepan, stir in flour and cook until bubbly.
Stir in half and half and broth.
Bring to a boil.
Blend in Tabasco, mustard and horseradish.
Cook 1 minute.
Drain cooked vegetables and shredded cheese.
Fold into cream sauce.
Pour into a 11 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle crumbs on top.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 minutes or cheese is melted.
