Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1/4 c. chopped onion and 1/4 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook frozen vegetables until tender, but still firm.
Drain. In a large bowl, combine cooked vegetables, onion, celery salt, soup and stuffing mix.
Place in casserole dish.
Dot with butter; cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Remove.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 8 minutes more.
