Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1 pkg. green peas, 1 pkg. (or can) french cut green beans, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 3/4 lb. velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix and cook with 1 tablespoon of oleo until vegetables are done.
Drain.
Stir in 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
Pour into casserole
(2-quart).
Cut up about 3/4 pound Velveeta cheese and put on top of vegetables.
Cube 4 slices of bread and put on top of cheese.
Melt a stick of oleo and pour over top.
Bake at 350Β° until it bubbles and cheese melts.
