Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), 1 pkg. frozen string beans, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream and 8 to 12 oz. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

"Nuke" each bag of vegetables for 5 minutes in microwave.
Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over vegetables.
Mix together.
Add 3/4 of the cheese and 3/4 of the onions.
Mix well. Add salt and pepper.
Bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions on top and put back in oven for about 5 minutes, until top is crunchy and crispy.
