Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large pkg. mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots), 1 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed, 1 tube ritz crackers, crushed and 1 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook vegetables; drain.
Melt butter, being careful not to get it too brown.
Stir in crackers.
Grease 3-quart casserole, 9 x 13-inch size.
Put vegetables in; add cubed cheese on top and then put cracker mixture on top of this.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
