Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. chopped onions, 1 c. chopped celery and 1 c. longhorn grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook vegetables, celery and onions.
Salt and pepper to taste, then drain.
Place half of vegetables in dish, half of cheese and half of mayonnaise.
Start over with rest of vegetables, cheese and mayonnaise.
Top with Ritz cracker crumbs mixed with butter. Bake at 350Β° until brown.
