Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz.) cans veg-all mixed vegetables, drained, 1 small can water chestnuts, drained and sliced, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 c. sharp cheese, grated and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients except crackers and margarine.
Place in a 2-quart buttered casserole dish.
