Vegetable Bites
Vegetable Bites is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. margarine, melted, 1 egg, 2 tsp. water, 1/2 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 450Β°.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
Beat egg and water.
In separate bowl, mix flour and salt.
Dip 1/4 of vegetables into egg mixture. Remove one piece at a time and roll in flour mixture.
Place in greased pan.
Repeat with remaining vegetables.
Pour remaining melted butter over vegetables.
Bake, uncovered, turning once, until vegetables are crisp-tender and golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes; drain.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Makes 2 cups.
