Vegetable Bars
Vegetable Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. (8 oz. each) crescent rolls, 2 (8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. ranch buttermilk salad dressing and 1/2 head cauliflower, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Press crescent roll dough into bottom and sides of ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix; spread on crust.
Stir vegetables together; sprinkle over cream cheese and pat lightly.
Sprinkle with cheese. Cut into 1 inch squares, approximately 6 dozen.
