Vegetable Bars
Vegetable Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans crescent rolls, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 pkg. hidden valley ranch dressing and 1/2 c. mayonnaise or miracle whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Spread rolls on cookie sheet making one big crust.
Roll thin. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Let cool.
Mix dressing mix, mayonnaise and cream cheese.
Spread over crust.
Top with chopped vegetables.
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Cover with plastic or foil and chill overnight.
Cut into bars and serve.
