Vegetable Bars
Vegetable Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 roll) pkg. crescent rolls, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 pkg. dry hidden valley ranch salad dressing mixture and 3/4 c. finely chopped cauliflower, green onions, green pepper, carrots, tomatoes, broccoli and mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Spread rolls on an 11 x 17-inch ungreased baking pan.
Bake at 375Β° for 7 to 8 minutes, or just until starting to brown.
Cool. Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise and Hidden
Valley together; spread over cool dough.
Sprinkle chopped vegetables over top. Cover and cool 4 to 5 hours.
Cut into squares and serve.
