Vegetable Bars
Vegetable Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can croissant rolls, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1/2 pkg. hidden valley dressing mix, 1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt and suggested veggies: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and bell peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mash dough in pan like a crust. Cook as directed on package. Cool.
Cream together cream cheese, dressing mix and sour cream. Spread on croissant crust.
Top with your favorite grated veggies. Top with grated cheese.
(I gently press down on top after I finished to help veggies from falling off.)
