Vegetable Bars
Vegetable Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls, 16 oz. cream cheese, softened, 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 pkg. dry ranch salad dressing mix and 1 c. chopped broccoli, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Unroll dough and place on greased 10 x 13-inch baking pan. Press edges to seal. Bake at 400Β° for 7 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch dressing mix in bowl; mix well.
Spread on crust and top with chopped vegetables and shredded cheese.
Cut into bars. Substitute fresh vegetables of your choice.
Sometimes called vegetable pizza.
