Vegetable Appetizer Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix and 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Open rolls and spread flat on two cookie sheets.
Bake at 375Β° until slightly brown on bottom.
Remove from oven and sprinkle on grated cheese while crusts are still warm.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and dressing mix in a bowl; spread evenly over the two baked crusts.
Add any combination of chopped vegetables and press down into the filling.
Refrigerate overnight for best flavor. Cut into finger-serving sized pieces and serve.
