Veg-All Casserole
Veg-All Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can veg-all, 1 can water chestnuts, sliced, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 small onion, diced and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine mayonnaise and soup.
Mix well.
Add onion.
Combine all other ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour in greased dish.
Top with 1 cup Cheddar cheese and 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs.
Pour 1/3 cup melted margarine over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until bubbles.
