Veal Stroganoff
Veal Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. veal, 2 medium onions, sliced, 2 c. sour cream, 4 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 2 tbsp. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut meat into 4-inch strips.
Brown in shortening.
Add onions. Cook until soft.
Combine all the rest, except noodles.
Add to meat.
Heat thoroughly, do not boil.
Serve over cooked noodles.
