Veal Marevgo
Veal Marevgo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 6 frozen breaded veal patties and 1/2 c. garlic croutons, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook noodles according to label directions; drain.
Spread cooked noodles in a shallow 8-cup baking dish.
Heat butter and oil in a large skillet.
Saute veal patties about 3 minutes on each side.
Overlap browned patties down the center of noodles; keep warm.
Toss onions and mushrooms in same skillet.
Brown lightly.
Arrange around patties.
