Veal Chops
Veal Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs, 2/3 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, 1 1/2 tsp. white pepper and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix bread crumbs with cheese, nutmeg and pepper.
Spread in flat dish.
Put eggs in separate flat dish and beat.
Using bones as handle, dip meat into egg, then press into bread crumbs until coated.
Transfer chops to waxed paper.
With flat side of a cleaver, pound on one side gently to press on crumbs.
Heat 1/4-inch butter in large skillet.
Saute until brown on both sides.
Transfer to paper toweled baking sheet.
Keep warm in 250Β° oven.
