Veal Chassuer
Veal Chassuer is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. olive oil, 3/4 lb. scallopini veal, 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms, 3 tbsp. shallots, chopped and 1 tbsp. tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dredge veal in flour.
Saute in olive oil.
Brown on both sides.
Add mushrooms and shallots until wilted.
Add Madeira sauce, 1 1/2 cups water, tomato paste and sauce mix.
Mix well. Simmer 10 minutes.
Add tarragon.
