Vanilla Rice Pudding
Vanilla Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. low-fat milk, 1 egg, well beaten, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. jell-o vanilla pudding and pie filling (not instant), 1 c. minute rice (uncooked) and 1/4 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan.
Add rice and raisins.
Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil.
Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.

Place plastic wrap on surface while cooling.
