Vanilla Pudding
Vanilla Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 6 tbsp. cornstarch, 4 c. skim milk, 2 tbsp. margarine or butter and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch and mix well. Add 1/2 cup of milk and stir until the sugar and cornstarch are dissolved.
Stir in remaining milk; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in margarine and vanilla extract.
Let chill about 3 hours, then ready to serve.
Serves 8.
