Vanilla Pudding
Vanilla Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. milk, heated, 1 c. milk, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 7 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 heaping tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat 5 cups milk.
Mix remaining ingredients until smooth and add to hot milk.
Stir until it starts to thicken.
Remove from heat.
Beat 3 egg yolks; add a small amount of pudding to eggs and mix.
Then put all together and heat to boiling.
Remove from heat and add 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla and lump of butter.
