Vanilla Pudding
Vanilla Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. basic pudding mix, 2 1/2 c. warm water, 1 tbsp. margarine, 1 egg, well beaten and 3/4 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine pudding mix and warm water in top of double boiler; cook over boiling water, stirring constantly until thickened. Reduce heat; continue to cook over simmering water for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; add margarine.
Stir in egg slowly.
Return to heat; cook 1 minute longer, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat again and stir in vanilla.
Pour into serving dishes.
