Vanilla Egg Pie
Vanilla Egg Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 3/4 c. sugar, 4 heaping tbsp. flour, 3 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Separate eggs; save whites for meringue.
Mix egg yolks, sugar and flour well.
May have to use a little of milk to mix well. Add rest of milk, vanilla and margarine.
Cook on top of stove on medium heat, stirring often.
Cook until thick.
Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake until shell browns at 325Β°.
