Vanessa's Quiche
Vanessa'S Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 frozen deep dish pie crust, thawed, 1 egg white, beaten, 1 c. milk or half and half, 2 eggs and 1/2 c. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Prick pie crust all over with fork, line with fork and bake 12 minutes.
Remove foil; bake 5 more minutes. Brush crust with beaten egg white.
Bake 2 more minutes.
Beat eggs, milk, parsley, salt and peppers.
Sprinkle crust with bacon, cheese and onions.
Pour egg mixture over and bake until puffed and golden, about 25 minutes. (Quiche will finish setting after you take it out of oven.)
