Vampire Punch
Vampire Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained, 1 qt. hulled fresh strawberries or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries and 1 qt. cranberry juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil, stirring, until sugar dissolves.
Cool in a large bowl.
Combine pineapple and strawberries and juice.
Chill.
Add cooled sugar syrup to fruit mixture and refrigerate.
Just before serving, add club soda to juice.
Makes eight 2-cup servings.
