Vacuum Cleaner Cookies
Vacuum Cleaner Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, melted, 1 (18.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix (plain cake mix, not with pudding added), 3 eggs, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 lb. box powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine margarine, cake mix and 1 egg.
Stir together until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pat mixture into bottom of well greased 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan.
Beat remaining 2 eggs lightly, then beat in cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Stir in coconut and nuts.
Pour over mixture in jellyroll pan.
Spread evenly.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool pan on wire rack.
