Upside-Down Supper
Upside-Down Supper is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked ham, 1 c. cooked lima beans, 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn, 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.) and 2 tbsp. minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 400Β°.
Mix ham, beans, corn, cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover and bake 15 minutes.
