Upside-Down Pizza
Upside-Down Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 pkg. dry spaghetti mix, 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4 c. butter, melted and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown beef; drain.
Add onion, then add spaghetti mix and tomato sauce.
Simmer a few minutes, then put into a 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 square pans.
Add mushrooms and peppers (optional). Cover with cheese.
Unroll rolls and put over cheese.
Spread over dough.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Freezes well.
