Upside-Down Pizza
Upside-Down Pizza is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk pork sausage or ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper or mushroom (optional), 2 tbsp. flour and 8 oz. sliced cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 425Β°.
Cook and stir meat and onions in skillet until meat is brown and onions are tender.
Drain.
Stir in tomato sauce, green pepper, 2 tablespoons flour, the basil and oregano. Heat to boiling.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Pour into ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Arrange cheese on top.
Beat eggs, milk, oil, 1 cup flour and salt until smooth.
Pour over cheese.
Bake until puffy and golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
