Upside-Down Pizza
Upside-Down Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 15 1/2 oz. pizza sauce, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and 1/4 tsp. dried oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Brown ground beef and onion; pour off fat.
Blend in pizza sauce, garlic salt and oregano.
Put mixture in greased 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. In small bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil, salt and flour.
Pour over meat mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
