Upside-Down Pizza
Upside-Down Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, salt and pepper, 1 small onion, chopped, 2 c. pizza sauce and 1 can mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
👨🍳 Instructions
Brown beef; season with salt and pepper.
Add pizza sauce.
Place in 9 x 12 pan.
Arrange pepperoni, mushrooms and green pepper on top of beef mixture.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and add sour cream and Mozzarella cheese.
Unroll crescent rolls and lay on top of cheese.
Bake at 400° until browned.
