Upside-Down Hamburger Pie
Upside-Down Hamburger Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 tbsp. oil, 1 onion, chopped, 3/4 c. chopped celery and 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 450Β°.
Brown meat in oil; drain.
Add onion, celery and green pepper; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper and Worcestershire.
Make biscuit dough (add parsley and celery seed to flour if desired). Roll; make into biscuits or 1 eight-inch circle.
Place on hot meat.
Bake 15 minutes.
Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes. Invert over hot serving plate.
