Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake
Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can coconut, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 german chocolate cake mix, 1 lb. box powdered sugar and 1 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place coconut and nuts in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix German chocolate cake according to package and pour over coconut and nuts.
Mix powdered sugar, oleo and cream cheese. Microwave until thin.
Pour over top of cake.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Check after 30 minutes.
