Grease or spray bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle pecans and coconut over bottom of pan.

Mix cake according to directions on the box and pour over pecans and coconut mixture.

Mix cream cheese, butter, and sugar together. Pour over cake mixture, leaving 1/2 to 1 inch on each side.

Bake for 50 minutes.

This was always a favorite of Muggsy's when he came to the house.
