Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake
Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. frozen coconut, 1 1/2 c. nuts (pecans), 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 box confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease 9 x 13-inch sheet pan.
Mix coconut and nuts.
Sprinkle in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Pour melted butter over coconut and nuts.
Pour cake mix over the mixture. Cream confectioners sugar and cream cheese together.
Drop by teaspoons on batter.
Cook at 350Β° for about 50 minutes.
